All prices displayed on this website — including values produced by our scrap price calculator, live dashboards, and price tickers — are indicative estimates only, based on real-time market data at the moment of viewing. They do not constitute a binding offer, a locked price, or a guarantee of payout. Precious metal markets move continuously, and the estimate you see may differ from the price available at the time of your transaction.

Your final price is locked only when you confirm your transaction directly with our trading desk via phone call, WhatsApp, or email. The locked price is based on the latest prevailing gold (or other applicable metal) market price at the time of confirmation, not on any earlier estimate produced by the calculator. Until a price is confirmed and locked with our team, all figures remain estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Every lot we purchase is subject to an X-Ray (XRF) assessment of purity and a weight verification on certified scales, performed at our booth in front of you. The final price paid is determined by the verified purity and verified weight of your metals. If the assessed purity or weight differs from the figures you declared or entered into the calculator, the final price will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the verified results.

Live rates are quoted during New York market hours and depend on third-party market data feeds. Certain rates (such as scrap jewellery payouts tied to the London Second Fix) are only available after publication. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in third-party market data, and we may suspend live quoting at any time.

Sellers must be at least 18 years of age, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and confirm that they are the lawful owner of the items being sold. All transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements. We reserve the right to decline any transaction at our discretion.

All in-person appraisals and quotes are free and carry no obligation to sell. Payment is made by cash, check, or same-day wire only after the XRF assessment and weight verification are complete and you have accepted our final offer.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your transaction. Continued use of this website and our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
